HOW WILL WE LEARN?
During this in-person event, keynote speaker, Danielle N. Adams-Wiltshire, will guide an exploration of The 7 C’s of Executive Presence. Following the keynote, there will be time for Q&A, lunch, small group discussions, and an introduction to a new learning opportunity specially designed for VAIS school-based Administrative Professionals.
Danielle N. Adams-Wiltshire asks: How much power is in your presence as a leader? Whether you’re leading a team meeting, consoling a troubled colleague or community partner, orchestrating an event, or giving a formal presentation, executive presence is a vital business and life skill. In this session, you’ll learn to refine your intentions and build confidence in your own presence, regardless of whether you lead from the front of the room or from behind the invisible curtain. Learn how to inspire, motivate, and influence people by balancing EI concepts (self-regulation, self-awareness, empathy, intrinsic motivation, and social skills) while understanding the underlying attitudes of others. During this leadership development keynote, participants will employ the art of presence and impactful storytelling in small groups and walk away ready to run their “shop” with poise, grace, and renewed motivation.
